Here at Smirkus, campers are busy from dawn until dusk with circus, games, and activities, so it is around this time, late in the week, that both campers and staff realize their time this session is coming to a close. Tonight we met in the gym after the dance for the Happy Circle of Happiness. In that circle campers had the chance to thank staff and friends for their time here. Campers said some beautiful things about how thankful they are for the coaches, counselors, and staff; how much they look forward to this camp every year, and how much they feel they have grown as a people.
